Choirs News form 10/15

With the exception of 1 pair of pants which are on their way, I believe everyone has their uniforms in their possession.  Please make sure you get your dresses hemmed to 1" from the floor with your closed toed performance shoes on.  And gentlemen, you will also most likely need your pants hemmed as well.  If you have any further questions about uniforms, don't hesitate to contact me.  Otherwise I will assume that you are good to go both for your concert next Tuesday (Bella Voce) or for the Christmas concert in December.  You all are going to look fabulous!

Bella Voce/Band Concert and Rehearsal NEXT WEEK!

* Go directly to the worship center so that we can place you on the steps

7:00pm - PERFORM!
Star Spangled Banner
Salute to the Armed Forces

*Pleaes note that this is a shortened rehearsal so please be there on time.  Bella Voce will NOT meet at Grace next week.  Bravo! students will leave the rehearsal at 12:00 p.m. in order to be back at Grace for their Bravo! choreography rehearsal at 12:15 p.m.  Parents, you may either transport your Bravo! children on your own or Karen Helton has graciously volunteered to transport them from the band rehearsal to the choreography rehearsal if you would like that option.  You can contact her via email to confirm transportation with her.

That night, Bella Voce students should be dressed in formal attire and ready to perform at 6:15 p.m. in the sanctuary of Meadowood Baptist Church in Midwest City.  There will be a final run through on stage before the performance at 7 p.m.  After the choir's performance at the beginning of the concert, students are free to leave if needed or stay, if desired.  My only request is that if you are a parent watching the performance and planning on leaving before the band concert is over, out of respect for the band families, please sit at the back of the sanctuary so as to be less distracting.

See you there!
