Choirs News from 3/6

Thanks to all who made a special effort to be at choir usual Thursday.  We appreciated it so much and feel much better about Saturday as a result.

Saturday's Parent Volunteer Schedule 

(please check as it may be different from what you signed up for...)

There have been a few modifications in the Saturday Volunteer Schedule based on need and those who signed up.  Here is the exact schedule for parent volunteers on Saturday. If you need to change you assigned time below, please let me know ASAP and we will adjust accordingly.  AND, if you see a need that you could fill I'd love to hear about that oo.  Plan to arrive a couple of minutes early to receive instructions on what your assignment will be during the time you are there.  No stress!  These are simple jobs that require no advanced preparation.  Board member Diana Chippeaux ( will be heading the parent volunteers on Saturday so if you have any questions feel free to ask her or me.  See you then.

Black Formals on Saturday

All ensembles should wear their black formals on Saturday for the Solo and Ensemble portion of the Choral Fest.  THIS INCLUDES BRAVO!

IF you are also participating in the Choral Experience, plan to wear your choir t-shirt and jeans in the morning, formal attire for the ensemble contest, and festival shirt (given to you Saturday morning) and jeans for the afternoon performance.

We Return to the Old Schedule on Tuesday

Tuesday marks the first rehearsal AFTER Solo and Ensemble Contest and we will be returning to our regularly scheduled rehearsal times.

NEXT Tuesday is Hat Day

Next Tuesday is Hat Day.  Feel free to wear a hat to choir.  Remember that all dress up days are completely optional but we look forward to seeing what you wear if you do!
