OCHEC Convention Starts Tomorrow!

Just a reminder--the OCHEC Convention starts tomorrow!  If you are planning on coming be sure to stop by our booth as Janet Hughes spent a lot of time to make it look AMAZING!  And be sure to play some of the games and sing a song or two while you are there too.

VOLUNTEERS ARE STILL NEEDED

While we currently have one parent volunteer per time slot at the booth, I know several parents who would love to have someone to sit at the booth with them so if you happen to have a break while you are at convention and can join another parent volunteer at the booth, please do.  I'm sure they would be very thankful!

FOR CURRENT VOLUNTEERS

For those already volunteering here is the current schedule.  Also, here is what will be on the information sheet at the booth just so you are aware.  Our booth is at the far northwest corner of the exhibit hall (the same location as last year).



Thank you so much for volunteering today.  Should you need it you will find extra brochures, booth badges, and candy below the table.  Students are welcome to sing songs on the karaoke machine or play the game on the laptop.  If a student completes one of the activities in the booth you can give them a bottle of bubbles (read: you much complete a booth activity to get a bottle of bubbles).  Other than that just share with people who ask what you like about the choirs and encourage all interested to sign the information list on the clipboard.  Smile and have fun!  And thank you for helping to spread the word about COHC!
