Choir News--Tuition Payment, New Members, and Choral Fest

Tuition Payment

This Friday is the first deadline for semester and monthly tuition for this semester.  You can go online here to pay or use the coupon on the same page to submit a payment via snail mail.  A few have expressed difficulty paying through one of the Paypal widgets this week to which I greatly apologize.  I reinserted the semester tuition for the third time and think it is finally working correctly.  If you still have problems paying, however, you might try paying via the donation page to make your payment. Just make sure you specify who and what the payment is for so we don't mistake it for something else.  You are also welcome to send Trudie Melson an email letting her know what you are doing so that there is no confusion.

New Members

This week we welcomed 12 new members to the choirs and had several more visitors as well.  Keep inviting your friends.  Registration for the Spring semester remains open until the 21st.  New members have until the 21st to sign up online and pay their first month's tuition.  They are welcome to visit until then.

Choral Fest Registration is Open!

Just a reminder--registration for March's Choral Fest is now open.  The registration deadline is January 30th but the sooner you register the sooner you receive and can start practicing your music.  I cannot stress this event enough.  Yes, it is optional.  BUT, it is one of the neatest things your kids can participate in, because where else will they have the opportunity to perform with other students from around the state and with a national clinician at the same time?  So check it out.  This year's clinician is going to be A-MAZ-ING!

You can learn more about it here, here, and here,

And don't forget--if you have concert pics to share, let me know and I'll be glad to let you upload them to dropbox for everyone to share!  Thanks!  See you next week!
