Welcome back!  It’s time for moms to begin placing together the educational jigsaw puzzle known as “The Schedule” for 2015-2016.  We are doing the same within the COHC and I can say without a doubt that this amazingly creative staff of 9 is ready for this next year to soar to new heights. 

Let me begin by saying I am thankful to the Lord for allowing me to become the new Executive Director of the COHC.  He has led me 100% in this direction and Kathy Gossen has graciously walked alongside me while passing off the Executive Director baton.  She continues to be an invaluable resource for me and our staff. Speaking of staff, let me introduce to you our newest staff members.

Ian Gill will be directing Bella Voce in Oklahoma City on Tuesday mornings at Baptist Temple.  If you haven’t signed up your High School student for his choir yet, do it now!  He is exploding with musical talent and has many years of experience working with High School choral groups. 

The Choral Directors at the Edmond site could not be more excited to welcome Emma Gee as our Piano Accompanist.  She will be using her musical gift during our weekly Wednesday rehearsals for the Principio, Illuminati, and Bella Voce choirs.

Laura Stoabs is a name you will not want to forget.  She is our newly hired COHC Accountant and has already proved her financial savviness with our new on-line payment options, new physical address, and updated budget. 

Kathy Gossen is not a new name, but she has a new role within the COHC.  She will continue serving the choirs with her computer skills by becoming our official Web Designer. 

We have moved our OKC rehearsal site to Baptist Temple located at 2433 NW 30th Street.  It's at the corner of 30th and Villa.  This new location provides the education/rehearsal space needed for our current choirs and room to grow in numbers for the future.

The Edmond Homeschool Expo is tomorrow, Saturday, July 11th, at the Edmond Community Center located at 18 East Main Street.  The COHC will have a booth set up and we’d love for you to stop by and register  for this next year.  Mrs. Roberts, Mrs. Cavett, and myself will be there ready to answer questions and to hear about your summers.  See you between 11am and 2pm!
