New Billings, New t-shirts, and New One Day Tour Date

Registration is officially closed! Our enrollment has exceeded our expectations and we are ecstatic about working with 184 energetic musical students this year.  Thank you to all of the families who work behind the scenes to keep us up and running from week to week. 

A word from our lovely CFO: 
We are working diligently to implement our new billing system.  Check your email (and SPAM folder) for an invoice from COHC via Quickbooks/Intuit billing systems. Paying through Paypal will no longer be a payment option. We have 2 simple payment options from this point forward. 

Option 1: Pay online by clicking on the “Pay Now” button at the top of your COHC invoice.  

Option 2: Write out a check payable to COHC and mailed to the following address: 
2000 West Danforth Road;  Suite 130-204;  Edmond, OK  73003 

If you pay by semester, your balance should be paid in full by today (9/11).  For those who pay monthly, August and September should be paid in full by today (9/11). Late fees will be assessed on the 15th of each month on any past due invoice. Remember there is no monthly fee in December.

EXTRA T-SHIRTS can now be ordered by completing an order form available at all rehearsal sites.  Remember each COHC student automatically receives ONE t-shirt.  If you wish to order additional t-shirts for your student or family, complete the order form and either return it to the Choral Director OR mail it to the address listed on the order form.  Short-sleeve shirts =$6 / Long-sleeve shirts = $8.  All orders extra t-shirts must be RECIEVED by Friday, September 23rd.  

ONE DAY TOUR: All Bella Voce and Illuminati students need to save the date SATURDAY, NOVEMBER 21st. We will be traveling and singing down to Ardmore, Oklahoma. You will be gone for most of the day, so please plan now to be free from any other activities.
